任职资格:
1、5年以上日本本地零售行业工作经验,具有5人以上销售团队管理经验优先;
2、对日本当地市场信息、行业信息熟悉,能整合资源;
3、具备敏锐的市场洞察能力和较强的逻辑思维能力以及计划组织能力;
4、具备新行业新KA突破能力、项目落地能力以及沟通协调能力;
5、中日文均具备商务沟通水平。(英语为加分项)
6、以结果为导向,认可奋斗者为本企业文化,坚定执行总部制定年度销售目标战略。
职责描述:
1、根据公司总体战略,结合日本市场制定行动计划,扩大市场份额,提升公司盈利能力等,以实现季度和年度销售目标;
2、收集零售行业重要信息数据,分析业务动态和营销管理报告,规划日本市场销售系统的整体运营和品牌推广、业务方向;
3、了解日本市场诉求和经济环境,做好风险预控、成本费用的控制;
4、开拓日本市场,根据公司决策方针制定中长期业务规划与战略并协调实施;

Sales Director (Japan)

Job Requirements:
1. Over 5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably with experience managing a sales team of 5 or more people;
2. Familiar with local market information and industry information in the Japanese region, able to integrate resources;
3. Possess keen market insight, strong logical thinking skills, and planning and organizational abilities;
4. Capable of breaking into new industries and new key accounts, implementing projects, and demonstrating communication and coordination skills;
5. Proficient in business communication in both Chinese and Japanese.
6. Results-oriented, embracing the corporate culture that values hard workers, and firmly executing the annual sales target strategy set by the headquarters.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop action plans based on the company's overall strategy and the Japanese market to expand market share, enhance company profitability, etc., to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets;
2. Collect important information and data from the retail industry, analyze business dynamics and marketing management reports, and plan the overall operation of the sales system, brand promotion, and business direction in the Japanese market;
3. Understand the demands of the Japanese market and economic environment, implement risk prevention and control, and manage costs and expenses;
4. Develop the Japanese market, formulate medium and long-term business plans and strategies according to the company's decision-making policies, and coordinate their implementation;
