租户协调催缴Job Description
工作描述
1、 负责商户日常运营的各项工作协调,其中包括:负责商户的销售数据收集、协调并处理商户在运营过程中遇到各种问题、租金物业费及公共事业费的催缴、帮助处理商户的投诉、顾客对商户的投诉;
Tenant relation jobs, in charge of tenants’ daily operational activities, such as: Tenants’ turnover collection, coordinate and deal with all problems which tenants encountered in operation, assist in dealing with the customer complaints, assist in collecting rent, Mgt fee, Utilities and other relative fee for tenants.
2、 统计、收集租户联系信息、营业执照等相关证照;
Collect and update all tenants data such as contact info, BL and all other certificates
3、 日常现场监督管理,商户陈列和整洁情况
Daily site inspection and supervision of tenants store and product display, cleanliness;
4、 协调并处理商户续约或撤场的相关事宜;
Coordinate and deal with tenants about renewal and pull-out issue.
5、 协助协调双方市场部门进行相应的市场活动;
Coordinate both sides marketing department for relevant marketing activities;
6、 帮助开展和实施政府的相关政策,有效的实施
Help to proceed relevant government policies and implement government rules;
7、 完成部门领导委派、分配的各项任务。
Complete and achieve assignments appointed by department manager.
任职要求:
1. 5年以上商场运营管理经验
2. 沟通协调能力强,具有良好的团队合作意识,形象好,气质佳
3.具有较强的抗压力,执行力,思路清晰
4.具有丰富的市场营销知识和经营操作能力
5.英语良好者优先考虑
