1. Oversees daily plant operations and ensures compliance with all health, environment, and safety policies and procedures.

2. Ensures production targets and cost.

3. Elaborates with customer the annual, monthly and weekly supply plan for raw materials and energy as defined in the Tolling Agreement, mainly: bauxite, water, soda ash, lime, coal gas, electricity and steam.

4. Draws up the annual, monthly and weekly supply plan for production-specific materials and products, mainly lime and ammonia for flue gas treatment, filter cloths, etc., with the relevant department.

5. Liaise closely with customer process and operation engineer to operate the customer in best operating conditions / best process conditions and achieve the best quality products. Apply daily customer process and operation engineer recommendations.

6. Ensures daily interface with customer bauxite deliveries in terms of quality and quantity.

7. Manages the daily production meeting.

8. Develops and implements operation improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

9. Maintain quality control standards to ensure high-quality production output.

10. Manages a team of 36 staff, including training and development.

11. Collaborates with senior management (Managing Director, Laboratory and HSE Manager, Administration Manager) to set goals and formulates actions to optimize operations over the long term.

12. Monitors and manages inventory levels to optimize supply chain procedures.

13. Generates monthly report on production metrics, inventory, and workforce efficiency.

14. Liaises with other department managers to ensure cooperative and productive interdepartmental relationships.

Requirement

1、Bachelor degree or above, in engineering equipment management, process, safety and other related majors are preferred;

2. Have more than 3 years of work experience in project operation or related fields, and have successful project operation cases are preferred;

3. Understand ISO quality management system and 6S site management, have a comprehensive lean production concept and rich lean production practice experience;

4. Have good planning ability, guidance ability, coordination ability, decision-making ability, strong comprehensive coordination ability and organizational management ability;

5. Know that the DCS system is preferred(Honeywell);

6. Strong sense of responsibility, dedication and ownership;

7. Experience in bauxite industry is preferred;

8. Fluent English.
