1. Lead and guided the on-site team in order to achieve production level, operating costs, HSE and quality targets defined by customer and in the Tolling Agreement.

2. Works closely with the customer’s Site Director.

3. Ensures communication with customer’s Site Director.

4. Takes part in weekly meetings organized by the customer’s Site Director to review the operation of all customer unit activities.

5. Proposes to the customer Site Director a corrective action plan in the event of any deviation from objectives (production level, operating costs, HSE and quality).

6. Focus on value creation and optimization of operation of the customer unit in collaboration with and under the responsibility of the customer Site Director.

7. Develops strong linkages and works in close collaboration with the customer representative, in particular with regard to: receipt of Recyclable Bauxite Waste, delivery of bauxite to customers, and receipt of raw materials and energy.

8. Manages contracts with subcontractors involved in customer unit operation.

9. Notifies the customer Site Director in real time of any major problems relating to the customer unit.

10. Drives and grows the on-site team through coaching and mentorship and training.

11. Focus on the people.

12. Manages the offices and guesthouse.

13. Performs other duties as required.

14. Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above.

Requirement

1、Bachelor degree or above, with a degree in project management or related majors preferred;

2、Ability to use English as a working language ;

3、More than 5 years of experience in management position in manufacturing enterprises is preferred；

4、Rich experience in business management and team management, strong organization, coordination and communication skills, and ability to handle complex interpersonal relationships and conflicts；

5、Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to respond quickly to challenges and changes in projects；

6、Good document writing and presentation skills, and be able to communicate project information clearly and accurately;

7、 Experience in the Aluminium mining industry is preferred；

8、Fluent English.
