Job Description
1. Developing and implementing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies in accordance with legal and corporate guidelines.
2. Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.
3. Ensures, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
4. Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provides for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.
5. Coordinates with customers on all common safety issues
6. Conducts regular safety audits.
7. Manages accident/incident investigation.
8. Carries out analysis of accident/incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
9. Provides technical support to production Management on any safety-related subjects.
10. Carries out any in-house safety training and monitors and maintains competency of all personnel.
11. Carries out safety audits on Subcontractors.
12. Performs HSE Risk Assessment.
13. Preparation of Health and Safety documentation, information and, if necessary, training for new stakeholders and subcontractors.
14. Manages documents and archives analysis results for unit customers in relation to customer process engineer.
Requirement
1、College degree or above, major in safety management, environmental engineering or related majors (bachelor degree or above is preferred);
2、Have more than 5 years of experience in EHS management or related fields (at least 3 years of experience in EHS management positions in industrial enterprises);
3、Familiar with laws, regulations and standards on occupational health and safety, environmental protection, fire protection, etc.
4、Familiar with EO management system and certification process;
5、Have good communication, coordination, teamwork and problem-solving skills;
6、Must hold a safety engineer qualification certificate, and those holding other safety and environmental protection qualification certificates will be given priority;
7、Fluent English.
