Job Description
Cooperate with the project team's recruitment plan, assist the project manager and HR manager to screen and interview suitable candidates
Manage and update recruitment channels;
Establish and implement the training system;
Establish and implement the employee performance management evaluation system;
Promote and implement personnel policies;
Set and advocate appropriate corporate culture according to the company's vision and corporate characteristics
Manage project personnel attendance, vacation, social security payment and other related matters;
Responsible for the establishment, update and storage of project personnel files;
Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Requirement
1、Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources management or business management;
2. More than 3 years of human resources related work experience;
3. Familiar with the regulations and processes of human resources recruitment, salary, performance appraisal, training, etc., and familiar with various national labor and personnel laws and regulations;
4. Have strong language expression, communication and problem-solving skills, affinity, a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, and good at team management and construction skills;
5. Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
