1.Customer project leading for thermal management related product application projects.

2.Customer requested product application and system integration (into vechicle) topic leading through project lifetime.

3.Product concept iteration and multi-function coordinating to support business development of thermal management domain.

4.System Engineering leading in product development project. 5.Contribute to technical topics of other Asia countries.

任职要求：

1.More than 3 to 5 years of work experience in Automotive Industry on thermal management engineering related area.

2.Be good at Project Management (PMP certified be preferred) and proper leadership with positive attitude.

3. Basic knowledge on Business Case and Product Management (certificatition like NPDP will be preferred)

4. Good command of English communication. (Work experience in global team is preferred).

5. High proficiency in CAD (at least 1 Eg, Catia) and Excel, MS Project. Basic knowledge in Simulation\analysis SW (at least 1, Eg, Matlab\Simulink). Good business goal-oriented awareness and willing to work out of box of thinking and responsibility.
