Job responsibility
1. Develop and administer project plan and is accountable for project status
2. Work closely with the project team to implement customized solutions
3. Efficiently manage project across multiple teams and deliver project on schedule, within budget, and with first-grade quality
4. Constantly monitor and report project progress to customers and internal management
5. Proactively identify changes in project work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken
Requirements
1. bachelor’s degree in IT , related field, or equivalent experience
2. At least 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in the software development industry
3. Detail oriented and highly organized with excellent analytical and management skills
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
5. Software technical background and overall understanding of software development methodology is required
6. Proficient in both Oral and Written English
7. Experience in working with overseas implementation team and clients is preferred
