To work with pattern master and PDE finishing all welding, bonding samples development, and support NPI.与纸格师傅合作完成电压样品和热压样品，协助完成NPI到顺利量产。
1. Read paper pattern and complete welding and bonding samples.能读懂纸格，配合纸格师傅完成电压和热压样品开发。
2. Lead team to finish welding and bonding samples in quality and on time.带领团队能按时，保质的完成电压和热压产品。
3. Support NPI of tools assembly and adjustment to produce good product.能装模，调模，协助PDE 完成NPI.
4. General machine maintain and keep lab in 5S.设备日常维护，做好工作区域的5S。
5. Assit other daily works in Lab.协助R&D LAB 其他日常维护工作。

任职资格：

1. Junior high school or as above 初中以上学历

2. 3 years or above experiences in welding and
debossing area. Familiar with welding and debossing project’s process, be
able to read paper pattern and can finish welding bag independently. 3年以上电压，热压产品制作经验.熟悉电压，热压产品制作流程，能读懂纸格，独立完成样品。
3. Have good communication ability, have quality
sense, have strong job responsibility, and good team working.有一定的沟通技巧，有质量意识，工作责任心强，有团队合作精神。
