The Project Manager will be responsible for
overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of company’s “Bill &
Melinda Gates Foundation” project across the organization. This role requires a
strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills who can effectively manage
project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks while ensuring high-quality
outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project
management, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work
collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Our Ideal candidate:

ž Bachelor or Master’s degree in Bio/pharma or a related field. PMP,

or similar project management certification preferred.

ž Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in large MNC
within Bio/Pharma industry, with a minimum of 5 years managing complex projects,
exposure of global project management is preferred.

ž Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and
techniques.

ž Exceptional communication skills with both English and Chinese.

ž Can be based in Tianjin Headquarter.
