1. Formulate, organize and implement preventive maintenance plan of key equipment on site, establish and make TPM system documents of each machine to ensure OEE stability of equipment.

2. Fabricate automation machine or testing device internally or with external supplier.

3. Maintain SAP repair module regularly, create or update maintenance equipment and TPM maintenance tasks.

4. Coordinate with peers in other engineering groups to ensure that the design criteria is following Hilti standard (Electrical drawing, system, Process, and software) to meet the requirement.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications

1. University degree in Automation or Mechanical-electrical engineering.
电气工程自动化、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 3+ years automation/electrical design and commissioning experience.
3年以上自动化设备电气设计、调试、维修经验。
3. Strong experience on programming knowledge on Siemens PLC’s (S7-300, S7-1200 and S7-1500 series), Mitsubishi Q series and FX Series or Equivalent PLCs in a professional environment. HMI design experience (such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Willerton, etc.)

熟悉主流西门子 PLC（S7-200、S7-300 和 S7-1200 系列、三菱 Q 系列和 FX 系列编程及调试，有HMI设计经验（如西门子、三菱、威纶通等HMI）。
4. Strong electrical design and analysis skills including experience on interface programming for MES application (OPC UA) and other machine or equipment. MES project ability is preferred.

5.
