Key Responsibility:
主要职责：
1.Develop and test new process, new technical and raw material;
开发新技术、新工艺、新材料；
2.According to drawing and requirements, develop process flow of parts manufacture;
根据产品图纸设计合理的加工工艺路线，选择合适的加工方式，加工顺序和工作内容；
3.New products preparation, including process development, tooling & fixture development, working instruction prepared, pilot run and solve all issues;
负责新产品投产前的所有准备工作，包括工艺开发，刀具、工装开发，工程文件准备和试生产等，解决准备阶段的问题；
4.Solve technical and quality issue, continuous process improvement;
解决生产过程中出现的技术、质量问题，不断提高工艺水平；
5.Implement lean manufacture tools to improve efficiency and reduce cost;
运用精益生产工具，提高效率和降低成本；
6.Technical support for supplier and customer;
给供应商和客户提供技术支持；



Requirement:
岗位要求：
1.College degree or above ,major in mechanics engineering;
机械工程专业，大学以上学历；
2.Smart and skillful;
头脑聪明；
3.Strong problem-solving skill;
善于思考问题，解决问题；
4.Skill for 2D and 3D software;
熟练使用2D & 3D软件，包括绘图，修改，编程等；
5.Fluent in English.;
英语熟练；
6.Over five years experience in relative field, prefer machining of steel and casting;
相关工作五年以上经验，有金属、铸件等机加工经验为佳；
7.Hard working ,energetic ,work under pressure;
积极主动,有吃苦耐劳的敬业精神；
8. Outgoing personality, Good at organization and communication skill to implement project.
善于交际，性格外向, 有沟通和组织管理能力，协调各部门，内外部来 保证项目的有效推进。
