Roles& Responsibilities:
-Ability to provide technical support to customers/partners in Korea via phone or remote ways.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Base in a technical field(CS/EE preferred) or equivalent plus 2-5 years related experience. CCNA/CCNP/CCIE preferred.
Desired Skills & Experience:
-Must have product knowledge and troubleshooting skill on Server, Storage, VM ware and OS(windows/linux) etc.
-Ability to analyze, configure and troubleshoot Cisco products (Switches and Routers etc.) or any other servers.
-As a technical expert in at least one area with excellent broad knowledge of server fundamentals.
-Have effective planning, prioritization and organizing skills.
-Drive for continuous learning, results orientation and teamwork.
-Utilize an increasing understanding of Cisco business strategies to driver for guiding activities.
-Proven to have crisis management skills.
-Fluent in Korean, and good verbal and written communication skill in English.
