Educational Background

o Graduated in Information technology with a main focus in Systems, Telecom, Network

Technical Skills

o Minimum 5 years professional experience in IT support and system administration

Language Skills

o Speak fluently English and native Chinese

IT Skills

o Microsoft solutions (Active Directory, Office 365, SCCM

o Virtual environment management : VMware

o You are familiar with ITIL methodology

o Networking (switch, firewall, router) and TCP/IP protocol

o A good knowledge in Linux operating system areas is a plus:

o You have a system administration background mainly with Microsoft and VMWare related

岗位职责：

Under the supervision of the IT support and operation services team leader the IT Administrator will perform complex professional work included but not limited to:

· IT support and daily IT operation with computer hardware, software and system administration

· Installation and support of personal computers

· Provides problem solving, training and documentation for end users and IT departments

· Ensure IT system efficiency and integrity

The IT Administrator will be in charge of IT support and operations for the Chinese sites and will be involved in global projects for Asia perimeter. The key responsibilities for this role include:

· Deployments and maintenance of Windows based architecture

· Maintenance and/or evolution of local area network infrastructure

· Management of the VoIP phone system for the Asia perimeter

· Manage external IT suppliers working on IT-related tasks

· Monitoring and level one support of he global infrastructure (Network, Active directory, BackUp system…) in relationship with corporate IT team

· Manage local specific systems and applications

· He/she will have a very hands-on position and will be in charge of deploying, patching, upgrading, and shall be security-minded as well as team player

· He/she will work in a global team and environment and will have to know and apply ITIL methodology best practices

· He/she will ensure functional management of the ITC team to perform IT best practices across Asia organization.

· He/she will be suggesting continuous improvement ideas in his field and following it’s implementation.

· He/she will be reporting on a weekly basis the IT Action Plan and on a monthly basis the Key Performance Indicators of the processes administrated.
