Job responsibility:

1. Provide installation training, technical support, and on-site installation and repair service in timely manner for B&E’s customers.

2. Serve as a customer contact for technical and service-related issues and travel to perform preventative maintenance routinely.

3. Report customer feedback and needs to your supervisor daily, and submit weekly work report to your supervisor.

4. Contribute to quality improvement of B&E’s products by collecting customer needs and advice.

5. Adhere to a responsible sense and act of offering valuable service to customer and achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

2. Minimum 3 years of progressive experience working as service engineer in IVD market for relevant products such as hematology analyzer, biochemistry analyzer, immunoassay analyzer, etc.

3. Abundance of knowledge of IVD instruments and excellent analytical and troubleshooting ability.

4. Able to work under pressure and travel to customer sites across your country to perform field service.

5. Excellent communicative ability and effective team work player.
