工作内容：
1.Lead customer application development with P1 Project development or P0 serial product modification in compliance with performance objectives;
2.Ensure flawless production and perfect P1 launches associated to P1/P0 Project development completed in Competence/Development Center,
3.Ensure P0/P1 Project performance from quality and cost perspective;
4.Manage operationally project launches
5.Manage functionally and operationally P0/P1 Project Team with function contributors ;
6.Manage communication with Clients on Project development progress;
7.Promote and control application of Valeo Values, Culture and Standards during project launches
