仓库管理员负责管理和维护仓库的日常运作，包括货物的接收、存储、出库及库存管理，确保仓库作业的高效性和准确性。在立体仓库管理方面，需熟悉自动化存储系统和相关设备的操作与维护。The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the daily operations of the warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, as well as inventory management to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy. They should also be familiar with the operations and maintenance of automated storage systems in a high-rise warehouse environment.
主要职责Key Responsibilities:
- 负责货物的接收、验收、上架和出库操作。Manage the receipt, inspection, shelving, and dispatch of goods.
- 维护准确的库存记录，定期进行库存盘点。Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- 确保仓库环境整洁、有序，遵守安全标准。3. Ensure the warehouse environment is clean and organized, adhering to safety standards.
- 管理立体仓库的日常运行，包括监控自动化存储系统的性能和维护设备。4. Manage the daily operations of the high-rise warehouse, including monitoring the performance of the automated storage system and maintaining equipment.
- 根据货物特性合理安排存储位置，优化货物的存取效率。5. Arrange storage locations based on the characteristics of the goods to optimize retrieval efficiency.
- 监控进出库流程，确保作业符合标准操作程序（SOP）。6. Monitor the inbound and outbound processes to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- 协助处理货物的退换和问题解决。7. Assist in handling returns and resolving issues with goods.
- 与供应链团队和其他部门协调，确保物料流动顺畅。8. Coordinate with supply chain teams and other departments to ensure smooth material flow.
- 生成并提交仓库报告及数据分析，提供决策支持。Generate and submit warehouse reports and data analysis to support decision-making..
任职资格Qualifications:
- 大专及以上学历，仓储管理或相关专业者优先。Diploma or higher; degree in logistics or warehouse management preferred.
- 1年以上仓库管理经验，有立体仓库管理经验者优先。Over 1 year of experience in warehouse management; experience in high-rise warehouse management is a plus.
- 熟悉仓库管理系统，尤其是SAP操作经验者优先。Familiarity with warehouse management systems, especially SAP experience is preferred.
- 英文流利，具备良好的读写能力。Fluent in English with good reading and writing skills.
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。Good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
- 能够承受一定的工作压力，有较强的解决问题能力。Ability to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
- 具备基本的物理知识，了解货物存储与处理的安全规范。Basic knowledge of physical handling and safety regulations for storage and processing of goods.
- 熟悉自动化设备和立体仓库管理的相关知识。Knowledge of automated equipment and high-rise warehouse management.
