Job responsibilities:
- Implementation of MS 365 Dynamics Sales and Service CRM, as well as the ERP System in cooperation with the MS 365 agency over 2 years’ time.
- First point of contact with the user community in the sales- and service company with 185 employees for CRM/ERP application and operations support.
- Administration, system monitoring and further improvement and development of the or MS 365 Dynamics system landscape and its processes.
Professional requirements:
- Education: University Degree in Computer Science, Business, Technical, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Education, Business/Administration, Technology.
- Working experience: Familiar with the implementation MS 365 Dynamics Sales, Service CRM and 365 Business Central.
- Language Skills: Chinese, English (speaking, reading, and writing is preferred).

- Good communication and interaction with in-house team members to identify their requirements and communication with the external MS 365 agency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to individually own and execute identified work.
