Job Scope工作职责 Supplier Development: Define/designate strategic suppliers, act as escalation point Develop supplier manufacturing processes and train supplier base for TE requirements Supplier Audit: Perform new/strategic supplier assessments, re-qualification audit Supplier Quality Performance Improvement To achieve regional/global supplier quality KPI by working with the SQE. Specific Project Support: Assist LCC sourcing supplier development and qualification to meet LCC goals. Support BU specific requests in critical quality issues solving Requirements入职要求 Commodity technical expertise: process control, materials, critical to quality factors, engineering requirements Strong business sense to select, improve, or recommend quality suppliers, or timely resolution of quality issues Quality philosophy based on quality at the source, prevention, process control, IATF16949, ISO13485, 6 Sigma.
