Responsibilities:
1.Conduct extensive research and utilize various channels to identify potential Arabic language game translation experts, such as gaming forums, gaming communities, game blogs, and other relevant platforms.
2.Communicate and engage with potential candidates to assess their expertise and suitability for our translation requirements.
3.Collaborate with the team to define and implement effective strategies to attract and recruit top-notch Arabic game specialists.
4.Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate the language proficiency and gaming knowledge of potential candidates.
5.Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into ongoing projects.
6.Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the gaming industry, particularly within the Action, Adventure, RPG, Casual, Simulation, and Roguelike genres.
7.Provide regular reports and updates on the progress of recruitment efforts to the team.
Qualifications:
1.Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
2.Passionate about the gaming industry and familiar with a wide range of game genres, including Action, Adventure, RPG, Casual, Simulation, and Roguelike.
3.Strong research and networking skills, able to identify potential candidates through various channels and engage in effective communication.
4.Ability to assess language proficiency and gaming expertise of potential candidates.
5.Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility towards assigned recruitment tasks.
6.Previous experience in recruitment, translation, or the gaming industry is a plus.
