职位描述

岗位职责:

1. Work with stakeholders to understand business problem and design reporting solutions to meet their needs.
2. Translate business requirements into technical and data requirement documents.
3. Provide technical delivery options to project lead, including assessing data availability and limitations and timelines of each option.
4. Perform data discovery to identify new and existing trusted datasets.
5. Design data model and transformation logic that aligns to business requirements.
6. Extract, clean and prepare datasets in a presentable format with minimal supervision.
7. Perform quality assurance on produced work and write test cases for user acceptance testing.
8. Proactively identify and document technical and data related risks and issues, provide solutions where appropriate.
9. Create technical process documentation including metric definitions, data model and run process.
10. Act as a champion for MI reporting by following standards and encouraging best practices.



任职要求:

1. Possess at least 3 years’ experience in a data / business analytics role within financial services or similar experience in data/technology consulting.
2. Experience in the design, development and testing stages of an MI reporting project lifecycle; Experience in programming languages including Python and SQL to query and transform data.
3. Familiar with running analysis and building management reports using Excel.
4. Experience in handling multiple systems and flat files for data processing; Experience in data modelling terms and principles including conceptual data model, foreign keys.
5. Familiar with key documentation in a typical MI reporting project, such as data dictionary, data lineage, data model, process document.
6. Attention to detail and strong organisation skills; with ability to quality check own work.
7. Excellent written and spoken communication skills; comfortable to work with various stakeholders.
8. Strong problem solving skills; proactively raise risks and issues and provide resolutions where possible.
9. Strong inter-personal skills and willingness to support others.
