岗位职责:
Policy servicing is the insurance policy administration and maintenance service which is provided for the INHK and HSIC policyholders according to their requests. The main responsibilities of Policy Servicing team include:
1. Review the authenticity and completeness of the information/documents submitted by the customers.
2. Efficiently process the requests within the specified PLA.
3. Proactively follow up with customers on outstanding information/document (where applicable).
4. Timely handle internal exception reports to ensure the requests submitted through online banking system are processed in time.
5. Correctly locate and deal with policy premium or other payments received by cash and cheque.
6. Maintain HSBC internal control standards and implement the Group Compliance Policy, as applicable to the roles.
• At least 5 years of working experiences and good analytical with full of changing mindset
• Good knowledge in insurance / finance is a plus
• A good communicator and proficient english presentation
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT. Capability of workflow and procedure writer.
• Ability to work in a fast pace and a challenging environment.
• Able to work in an agile environment
• A proactive and positive mind-set.
