职位描述

岗位职责:

1. To deliver “superior” customer service by driving operational performance (meeting PLAs, reducing cost, driving operational efficiency and reducing operational risks).
2. Manage GSC/BS resources effectively to meet strategic objectives of the business.
3. Ensure “Knowledge retention” in the process by continuously developing and training staff.
4. Ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything we do both personally and as an organization.
5. To partner with Global Businesses, Change Delivery and other stakeholders to drive operational change programs and have oversight of operational change programs that impact the Business Service.
6. To assume overall responsibility for process management and operational integrity of the GSC/BS site.
7. Lead a highly motivated and skilled team, which allows the function to meet the business objectives.
8. Support Business, Global Change Delivery and/or other stakeholders in driving operational change programs.
9. To provide a platform to enable Group companies to significantly reduce their operating costs whilst maintaining customer service standards.
10. To continually reassess the operational risks inherent in the business taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings.
11. Ensure adequate contingency procedures are in place to minimize the impact of partial or total site failure.
12. To maintain HSBC internal and external control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.



任职要求:

• Bachelor degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Economics or relevant qualifications, good Finance background.
• The candidate have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Credit knowledge is preferable.
• At least 5+ years’ experience as one or multiple functional head/lead or similar working experience in various wholesale banking functions.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly interpret data & facts to arrive at meaningful conclusions and assess the business / financial prospects of the borrowers.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability in large scale and leading role in the key three aspects, including change, operation and workforce management.
