Job Description

1. To provide administrative support for the programme;

2. To provide instructional and administrative assistance to instructors;

3. To coordinate and liaise between departments/faculties for the programme

related matter;

4. Other duties as assigned by the Programme or the Faculty.

Job Requirement

1. Applicants should possess a master’s degree in related fields;

2. Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;

3. 1-2 years of related working experience is preferred;

4. Evidence of good critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills;

5. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

6. Able to work well under pressure with multiple tasks;

7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
