Job Mission

1. Eligible for leading specific target with logistic or materials planning scope.

2. Coordination and completion of operation cycle on time within framing and within scope.

3. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of operation of own business scope.

4. Presenting updating reports for all stakeholders regarding status of reality.

Job Description

1. Determine and define planning scope and objectives.

2. Considering resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manners.

3. Develop and manage a detailed operation schedule, work plan, and strategy.

4. Presenting planning updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress agreement to documentation.

5. Collaboration communication skills between multiple departments are highly needed.

6. Be able to motivate and co-work with related team member with stressful situations.

7. Optimistically deal with and tackle challenges step by step.

Education

Have a Bachelor or Master-degree in a relevant area (e.g. Business Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, combined with Production or material management related courses)

Experience:

3~5 years’ experience in supply chain related function, production & material planning prefer.

Personal skills

1. Excel VAB function is written and used fluently and can operate various software of OFFICE proficiently.

2. Lean management or Lean project related the JIT experience is preferred.

3. SAP or Oracle MRP operation experience for material module/production module is preferred.
