岗位职责Job responsibility
1、开发制造行业的新客户,特别是医疗设备。
Call on new accounts in Manufacture industry, especially medical device.
2、与销售团队和领导团队一起制定增长计划和销售策略。
Work with Sales Team and leadership team to establish the grows plan and sales strategy.
3、识别机会,制定和执行有效的销售和市场发展策略。
Identify opportunities, develop, and execute effective sales and market development strategies.
4、定位产品并提供以客户为导向的销售渠道。
Positing products and providing customer-oriented sales pipeline.
5、与公司内部协调,持续改善客户感受。
Coordinating with internally to continually improve client's feeling.
6、通过网站、贸易展览和推荐的途径找到客户。
Locating accounts through the paths of website,trade shows and referrals.
7、负责完成既定的销售指标,达到或超过既定的销售目标。
Responsible for the delivery of a revenue quota, meet or exceed the agreed sales targets.
8、负责商务合同和订单的谈判。
Responsible for negotiation of commercial contracts and orders.
9、参与与MDI团队一起制定全球销售增长计划。
Take participate in dealing with MDI team for Globally Sales Grow Plan.
10、建立与工程团队的沟通方式,并与工程团队紧密合作,为客户开发最佳解决方案。
Setting up communication approach with Engineering team and work closely with the Engineering team to develop best solutions for customer.
11、与客户建立牢固的关系,并通过持续的沟通提供建议
Develop strong relationship with customers and through continuous communication advise them of
1)新产品介绍;New product introductions,
2)价格变化和交货问题(如有)Pricing changes and delivery issues (if any)
3)定期安排和组织与客户工程师的技术交流Arrange and organize technical exchanges withcustomer engineers routinely
12、定期分析和报告市场信息,并对价格、竞争对手和趋势进行反馈。
Do regularly analysis and report through Marketinformation reach out and feedback on prices, competitors, and trends.
13、建立和扩大业务网络。Build and expand business networks.
14、组织会议、项目和活动。Organize meetings, programs and events.
15、其他分配的工作。Other Duties as assigned.
任职要求Job
Requirements:
1、大专及以上学历,理工科相关专业优先。
College degree or above, major in science and engineering is prefer.
2、10年以上销售及市场工作经验,熟悉医疗OEM市场,有一定客户资源,具有一定的塑料产品设计及生产制造相关知识。
More than 10 years of sales & marketing experience, familiar with medical OEM market, have certain customer resources, have certain knowledge of plastic parts design & manufacturing.
3、有医疗器械销零部件售经验,特别是有直接销售产品至医疗器械制造公司经验者。
Experience in selling parts and components of medical devices, especially experience in selling products directly to medical device manufacturing companies.
4、良好的英语听说读写能力。Good speaking, listen and written in both English.
5、对价格变化对利润率和盈利能力的影响有基本的财务理解
A basic financial understanding, impact on pricing change on margins and profitability
6、具有较强的人际交往能力Possess strong people skills
7、必要时愿意出差。Willing to travel as necessary.
