岗位职责:
1、Process Quality Task 过程质量事务
Responsible for the development and implementation of inspection standards/inspection procedures/operating standards in the daily process, and lead the handling of process exceptions.
负责日常过程中的检验标准/检验流程/操作标准的制定及实施监督,及过程异常时的主导处理。
2、Customer Quality Task客户质量事务
Assist customer quality team in handling customer complaints, responsible for organizing root cause analysis in the region and handling segregation and organizing selection of unshipped products.
协助客户质量团队处理客户投诉,负责组织区域的根因分析及处理未发货的产品的隔离、组织挑选。
3、Project Quality Task项目质量事务
Participate in project/change feasibility analysis and participate in mass production process flow development.
参与项目/变更可行性分析,参与量产工艺流程制定。
Participate in the design/acceptance process of equipment, validation and Participate in the design/acceptance process of equipment, verify and accept new fixtures/gauges.
参与设备的设计/验收过程,新工装/检具的验证及验收。
Participate in 4M changes and track the impact on quality before and after the changes.
参与4M变更,跟踪变更前后对质量的影响。
4、Other affairs其他事务
Cooperate with the company
s needs and undertake other tasks assigned by the company at any time.
配合公司需要,随时承担公司委派的其他任务。
任职要求:
1、Master
s degree or above, majoring in machinery, quality management, or related fields;
研究生及以上学历,机械类、质量管理类等相关专业;
2、Possess good learning ability, communication skills, logical thinking ability, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力、逻辑思维能力,以及强烈的责任心和团队协作精神;
3、Proficient in using office software, passed CET - 4, and have good oral English skills;
熟练应用office办公软件,通过CET - 4,有良好英语口语能力;
4、Prior internship experience in a similar position is preferred;
有类似岗位实习经验优先;
5、Able to withstand certain work pressure and have a challenging spirit.
能够承受一定的工作压力,具有挑战精神。
