How you will make impact:
According to the intermediary distribution related regulatory policies, to work with functions including Branches, Distributions, Claims, Internet Business Department, Compliance, etc. to ensure the policies are followed and internal controls are in place.
The Head of Intermediary Management is responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational, and administrative aspects of intermediary relationships.
To assist and support the head of Distribution Department to develop and execute distribution strategies and operational requirements, with focus on defining and implementing strategies for managing intermediary and sales channels to align with the company’s distribution goals.
Intermediary Management and Compliance (50%)
• Manage the full lifecycle of intermediary contracts, including drafting, renewal, and termination. (5%)
• Conduct regular due diligence and compliance reviews to ensure intermediaries adhere to legal, regulatory, and company standards. (10%)
• Oversee regular inspections, audits, and documentation to maintain intermediary compliance and operational excellence. (10%)
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of intermediary activities to internal and external stakeholders. (5%)
• To work with various functions including Branches, Distributions, Claims, Product Lines, Internet Business Department, Compliance, and etc. to set up the internal control and practice related to intermediary distributions. (20%)
Assist Distribution Management Head on Sales Culture Building and Distribution Strategy (30%)
• In collaboration with branch GM’s, Product Lines to develop best practice and distribution strategies to develop and grow new and existing distribution channels to achieve target growth and profitability goals. (5%)
• Establish line-of business budget plans, working with branch GM’s, Product Lines to set growth targets. (5%)
• Develop joint action plans clearly identifying product strategies, target segments, UW appetite, and sales KPI’s. (5%)
• Monitor market developments by soliciting input/feedbacks from frontline distribution and other means to identify areas to improve AIG’s value proposition. (5%)
• Perform regular review on sales strategy implementation outcomes with branch GM’s and Product Lines and identify improvements areas, where applicable (5%)
• Work/collaborate with branch distribution teams to translate and deliver strategy into actionable plans for respective channels (5%)
Business Analyst and Support (20%)
• Drive digital adoption among intermediaries to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement technology solutions to support intermediary administration, such as contract management and compliance monitoring systems.
• Leverage data insights to recommend improvements in intermediary administration and channel effectiveness.
• Assist Dept. Head to develop incentive programs to drive performance and engagement across intermediary channels.
• Assist Dept. Head to design and implement training programs to enhance intermediary knowledge of products, compliance standards, and sales techniques.
• Assist Dept. Head to Develop and monitor KPIs to assess sales and intermediary performance, providing feedback and support to optimize results Producer segmentation strategies
What you will need to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree minimum, preferably finance, business / operations.

• Track record in formulating distribution channel strategies
