Key Responsibilities：
- To support the sales process by delivering goods on time, with agreed quantities within the given quality and cost objectives.
- To coordinate or organize multiple operational functions like: Production, Warehousing, Production Engineering, Quality, Planning, Repair shop etc.
- To support the R&D activities of the divisions by allocating resources to the different development projects using production facility.
- To manage all operational costs and investments.
- To define and implement the optimal organization which is best fit to support the targets set to the organization.
- To set targets for the organization on the different key elements: output, quality, cost, cycle time, due date performance, new product introduction.
- To install business systems and processes and by continuously challenging these processes in order to further improve the performance of the production unit/plant.
- To provide input to the senior management on the current operational performance through the reporting of a balanced set of key performance indicators.
- To provide input to the senior management on strategic decisions on production locations, manufacturing strategies, in/out sourcing strategies.
- To prepare and coach people for the current and future needs.
- Other tasks assigned by the Operation Director.

Education:
- Bachelor in Engineering (min 4 years) or equivalent.

Experience:
- At least 5 years hands on experiences in production, 3 years people management experience.
- Good to have Projector production experiment, or in electronic product industry.
