负责品牌客户的跨境电商类型保健食品的CDMO项目管理
Take in charge of Cross-Border CDMO projects of brand customers.
1、参与客户会议,管理客户项目范围、时间、成本;组织内部完成有效输出,如产品配方、市场提案、样品制备、产品报价等工作。
Attend customers conferences; Manage the scope, time and cost of the customers projects; Organize internal teams to output product formula, MKT proposal, prototype, quote, etc.
2、按客户产品上市目标,分解项目里程碑、关键任务、关键输出,制定项目计划表
According to the customers projects target, structure the milestones, key tasks and deliverables for scheduling project timeline.
3、组建高效项目团队,召开项目启动会,明确人员职责,确保项目按计划执行,对项目时效及质量负责。
Establish an efficient project team, hold the project kick-off meetings, clarify the responsibilities of project members, ensure the implementation of the projects as planned, and be responsible for the timeliness and quality of projects.
4、能运用PMP知识与工具进行风险应对,项目管理与复盘,推动内部优化。
Apply PMP knowledge and tools to cope with project risks, manage and review projects and drive internal processes optimization.
【岗位要求】
1、教育程度:本科以上学历,食品等相关专业;具备PMP、ACP、NPDP等证书优先;具备英文读写能力,能够口语交流更佳。
Bachelor degree or above; major in food or related field; having PMP/ACP/NPDP certificates is preferred; Ability to read and write English; being able to communicate in spoken English is even better.
2、相关经验:销售、项目管理、食品类进出口报关、食品类供应链、采购等在食品/保健食品行业的岗位经验
Work experience incl. sales, project management, food import and export Customs clearance, supply chain or procurement in food/health food industry.
3、专业能力:沟通协调、推动力执行力强、逻辑强,Office、Project熟练等
Communication/coordination/drive force/execution force/logical capability/software application such as Office and Project.
4、通用能力:学习力,领导力,性格阳光
Learning capability/leadership/cheerful and outgoing character.
