工作职责：

1. 在供应商现场负责对零部件制作过程中的检查，并及时纠正供应商过程中出现的问题（焊接件+机加工件+铸件等）；

Responsible for the inspection of parts manufacturing process at the supplier's site and timely correct problem in the supplier process, including welding, machining and casting parts.

2. 根据过程检查过程中存在的问题，找出根本原因，并制定相应的控制计划，提高过程的控制能力，减少问题的发生；

According to the problems existing in the process of process inspection, find out the root cause, and formulate the corresponding control plan to improve the process control ability and reduce the occurrence of problems.

3. 对成套设备的终期检查(包括尺寸、油漆以及功能测试)并完成最终检查及测试报告；

Complete the final inspection (including dimension, painting, function test)and provide the final inspection report.

4. 收集相关的质量文件及质量报告；

Collect relevant quality documents and quality reports.

5. 处理客户投诉，与供应商分析得出解决措施，并帮助供应商进行根本原因的分析。

Deal with customer complaints, analyze the solutions and help suppliers to carry out the root cause analysis.

6. 与质量管理和项目经理一起确定产品所需的质量要求/准则；

Determine with Quality Management and Project Manager the quality requirements/criteria for product acceptance.

7. 负责车间质量控制工作，包含进料检验，中间检验和最终检验；

Handle quality control in workshop include incoming inspection, intermediate and final inspection.

8. 根据既定的质量控制过程执行供应商工厂的过程中/最终检测；

Perform in-process / final inspection of supplier workshops as per defined qualitycontrol procedures.

9. 对产品质量问题进行诊断并做好故障检测，监督不合格产品/零件/过程；

Diagnose and troubleshoot product quality problems; supervise the non-conforming products/components/processes.

10. 与质量经理一起做好预防/矫正的管理从而防范不合格产品的出现；

Manage preventive/corrective action together with Quality Manager, initiate corrective actions to prevent product non-conformance.

11. 建立质量相关的数据库，做好内部监控和检查的数据登记；

Create data base to document quality issues and register inspection data for
internal monitoring.

12. 例行的现场质量控制检查；

Perform routine On-Site Quality Control Visits.

13. 跟进项目进度，评估项目进度中质量控制的影响；

Follow-up on the project schedule and evaluate the impact of the quality control on the project schedule

14. 做好每个供应商归档程序；CreateFiling Procedure for each Supplier.

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor Engineering Degree with good foundation in mechanics;

工程学士学位及以上

2. 2-3 years' extensive experience in quality inspection in the field of heavy industry

2-3年重工业领域质量检验经验

3. Solid working experience in foreign enterprise
