Essential Responsibilities:
Testing, troubleshooting, analyzing and repairing Varian X-Ray products.
Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated.
Administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
Maintaining daily communication with customers and colleagues to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
Occasional customer visits to build and maintain customer relationships
May include training of customers on Varian’s X-Ray product.
May take on additional responsibilities within local area as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, equivalent education or Associates Degree with 2 years’ experience servicing electronic equipment.
Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
Fluency (spoken and written) in English, possess intermediate math skills, fluent in computer skills.
Experience working with SAP systems.
