1. Providing online customer service for AU & US & Canada & European customers. (Order Status, Return Request, Product Information, Warranty, etc.)
2. To check the RMA status and details, provide a replacement or refund to the customer. (Troubled RMA)

3. Strong communication skills and emotion management.
4. Ability to multi-task and manage stress.
