What this job involves ：
-Creates 3D rendering based on different project needs;Retail & Office experience is prefered
-Assist the senior designer in the proper execution of design and modeling
-Proposed color schemes and design ideas
-Communicates design model through 2D and 3D design drawings
-Familiar with furniture;fixtures;finishes;and equipment
-Assist the senior designer on the day-to-day project coordination efforts with the ability to prioritize deadlines
-Work with client representatives;consultants;contractors;vendors to meet overall project objectives
-Coordinate with the project management and construction teams to ensure cohesive documentation for construction
-Ability to work with the team members on value-engineering to maintain the design intent
-Undertake site;furniture;and equipment surveys
-On-site coordination with consultants;contractors;and vendors during construction
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
-3 to 5 years of experience in commercial interiors particularly in workplace & retail interiors
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of design
-Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD;SketchUp;Photoshop;3D MAX ;Enscape and other 3D computer design programs
-BIM knowledge is a plus
