Title: IT Infra Supervisor (SSC)
Reports to: SSC Global IT Director
Purpose of Job:
Support & manage IT Infra Support globally, manage GTW local helpdesk.
Number of Subordinates: 1 – GTW Helpdesk
Major Responsibilities and Authority:
1. Mange the datacenter in the Wuxi factory, including the Network, VMware, Servers, Backups … all infrastructure related.
2. Manage and support the local helpdesk to provide indirect or directly as local need for all sites, Major in APAC, via MSP in NA.
3. Manage and support Azure, M365, Exchange and other IaaS , or PaaS platform globally.
4. Manage and Work with vendors to monitor IT assets and services globally, make sure vendor deliver their values to our origination.
5. Global IT Compliance, including licenses, and software compliance. And Maintenance IT policies
6. Support, manage the local or global IT infra projects to roll out changes, align with Business direction.
7. Other task or assignments requested by the IT Director.
Experience Required:
At Least have 5 years working experiences in IT field above
Knowledge’s Skills And Abilities:
English writes and read.
Expert in the Microsoft Products like server OS, Client OS, M365, Exchange
Expert in the VMware and Networking
Family with Azure, AWS, or Ali cloud
Family with IT Security and IT Compliance
Know the new trend outside in Infra side.
Education:
BA degree in Computer Science
