Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Study market dynamics of pumps, valves, vacuum instruments, sputtering power supplies, and evaporation sputtering sources. Collect and analyze market information to grasp industry trends.
• 技术评估：评估真空类产品的技术指标，分析此类产品在公司设备上的应用可行性。
• Technical Evaluation: Assess the technical specifications of vacuum products and analyze their feasibility for application in the company's equipment.
• 成本分析：分析制造成本，寻找降低成本的方法，提高产品性价比。
• Cost Analysis: Analyze manufacturing costs and identify ways to reduce costs to improve product cost-effectiveness.
• 产品测试：设计并执行性能测试，确保产品的稳定性和可靠性符合行业标准。
• Product Testing: Design and execute performance tests to ensure that products meet industry standards for stability and reliability.
• 项目管理：协调跨部门资源，推动项目按时完成。
• Project Management: Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure projects are completed on time.
• 客户沟通：与客户交流技术细节，提供专业支持和咨询服务。
• Customer Communication: Communicate technical details with customers and provide professional support and consulting services.
• 团队协作：与研发团队合作，共同解决技术难题，促进创新。
• Team Collaboration: Work with the R&D team to solve technical challenges and promote innovation.
资格要求：
Qualifications:
• 拥有机械工程、电气工程、材料科学、仪器仪表类或相关领域的本科及以上学历。
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Instrumentation, or related fields.
• 至少5年以上相关行业工作经验，特别是在泵类、阀类、真空仪表、溅射电源及蒸发溅射源等产品的开发经验。
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in the development of pumps, valves, vacuum instruments, sputtering power supplies, and evaporation sputtering sources.
• 精通真空技术及相关组件的工作原理，熟悉国内外相关标准。
• Expertise in vacuum technology and the working principles of related components, with familiarity with domestic and international standards.
• 具备优秀的市场分析和技术评估能力，能准确把握行业动向。
• Excellent market analysis and technical evaluation skills, with the ability to accurately grasp industry trends.
• 强大的数据处理和成本控制能力，能够进行有效的成本效益分析。
• Strong data processing and cost control skills, capable of conducting effective cost-benefit analyses.
• 良好的人际沟通和团队合作能力，能够在多学科团队中发挥领导作用。
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, able to lead in multidisciplinary teams.
