岗位职责:

1.Take ownership for food safety / EHS responsibility of production department, familiarize the "Food Safety Control List", EHS risks, implement effective daily control plan.
承接生产部的安全生产、食品安全责任，熟悉风险管控清单，实施有效的管控措施。

2.Drive the team to develop a "Production Department 3-year Plan”, including but not limited to 3-year rolling Capex plans, digitalization plan, org development plan.
带动团队制定《生产部3年规划》，包含扩产、数字化、组织架构规划。

3.Disassemble the strategy and implement it into specific action plans.
战略拆解，落实到具体行动计划里面。

4.Based on the factory's objectives, develop data-driven goals for departmental EHS, quality, cost/efficiency, delivery, morale, ESG, and other dimensions, and develop specific action plans to ensure the achievement of these goals.
结合工厂目标，制定部门EHS、质量、成本/效率、交付、士气、ESG等各维度数据型目标，并且制定具体行动计划，确保目标达成。

5.Manage daily operation, deliver both regular & temporary tasks, solve all kinds of problems/crisis need to be closed.
负责生产部日常运营管理，及时完成日常&临时任务，及时解决出现的各种问题/危机。

6.Establish an effective cross departmental communication and collaboration mechanism to facilitate cooperation with relevant departments such as EHS, planning, procurement, equipment, quality, R&D, HR, finance, IT etc.
建立有效的跨部门沟通协同机制，拉通与EHS、计划、采购、设备、质量、研发、HR、财务、行政等相关部门的合作。

7.Develop an annual budget corresponding to KPI goals, update LE quarterly, and ensure effective budget execution.
制定与KPI目标相对应的年度预算，每季度更新一次LE，确保预算有效执行。

8.Design a reasonable organizational structure, establish an efficient team.
设计合理的组织架构，明确部门人员分工，建立高效团队。

9.Develop reasonable production plans, material procurement plans, and personnel allocation plans to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
制定合理的生产计划、物料采购计划、人员配置计划，保证准时准量交付。

10.Organize PMC to regularly review and inventory material inventory, and provide timely warnings and reports to R&O for possible scrap caused by version changes, sales forecast declines, or near expiry dates. For expired/scrapped materials, initiate the scrapping process.
组织PMC定期回顾&盘点物料库存，对于版本变化/销量预测下滑/近效期等原因可能产生的报废及时预警&提报R&O。对于过期/报废物料，发起报废流程。

11.Develop emergency response plans for various unexpected situations, organize drills, and minimize the impact.
制定生产部各类突发状况的应急处理方案，组织演练，把可能的突发状况的影响降到最低。

12.Establish production management mechanism and develop standardized operating methods, including but not limited to meeting systems, KPI decomposition, team management, daily work lists, frontline personnel incentive mechanisms, etc.
建立完善的生产管理机制，制定标准化运营方法，包括但不限于会议体系、KPI分解、班组管理、日常工作清单、O序列月度考核方案、激励机制等等。

13.According to loss waste analysis of production department, lead team members to participate in CI continuous improvement, reduce unit costs 5%-10% by year.
编制生产部成本损失分析报告，带领部门全员参与CI持续改进工作，逐年降低5%-10%的制造费用。

14.Other tasks arranged by superiors / related departments are completed on time.
上级/关联部门安排的其他各项工作按时有序完成。

1.Pharmaceutical / Nutrition supplement / food / FMCG or related industry 8 years’ experience in production / quality / planning / IE related fields.
制药/营养品/食品/快消品或其他相关行业生产/质量/计划/IE8年工作经验。

2.At least 3 years production manager working experience.
至少3年生产经理工作经验。

3.Multinational corporation experience preferred.
跨国公司工作经验优先考虑。

4.Manufacturing operation management knowledge is a must.
必须具备生产运营管理技能，很强的现场控制力。

5.3 years long term strategic planning capability is a must.
具备3年战略规划能力。

6.Production planning, MRP, raw material inventory management skills.
具备生产计划，MRP，原材料库存管理技能。

7.Team leadership skills.
具备团队领导力。

8.Financial budgeting skills.
具备财务预算制定能。

9.Risk management skills.
具备风险管理能力。

10.GMP, FSSC22000 systems knowledge is preferred.
GMP体系知识优先。

11.production technology, Solid dosage (powders, tablets) preferred.

12.IE knowledge and CI tools such as QCC, 6sigma skills preferred.
具备IE和CI知识优先考虑。

13.Use English to be working language preferred.
