岗位职责:

具体职责Responsibilities

1、 统筹人类和宠物相关的基础研究及临床前文献搜集、整理及归纳总结的相关工作；

Coordinate human and pet-related basic research and preclinical literature collection, collation, and summarization of related work

2、 熟悉细胞、动物及临床研究技术、设计原则，有丰富的研究经验。可以根据需求与公司内外部资源进行实验研究规划、设计、执行以及管理；

Familiar with cell, animal, and clinical research techniques, design principles, and extensive research experience. Can plan, design, execute, and manage experimental studies with internal and external resources according to needs.

3、 熟悉研究数据整理，研究成果的输出，有科技文章及知识产权相关的资料撰写的经验。

Familiar with research data organization, the output of research results, and experience in writing scientific articles and intellectual property-related materials.

4、 收集并整理行业相关的最新文献资料，了解市场上成人与宠物相关的食品和营养品的发展趋势。

Keep up-to-date knowledge and intelligence on human & pet science and technologies, and trends of related food and supplements.

5、 参加国际、国内的专业会议，学习最新研究进展参与维护与高等院校、科研院所、学会、协会的关系；维护相关领域专家的关系；

Participate in international and domestic professional conferences to learn the latest research progress; and participate in maintaining relationships with universities, research institutes, societies, associations, and related experts.

任职资格

Qualifications

1、 营养学、医学、药学、食品科学与工程、生物学、微生物学等相关专业等硕士或以上，博士优先；英语六级或以上，英语撰写及口语能力良好。

Master's degree or above in Nutrition, Medicine, Pharmacy, Food Science and Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, etc, Ph.D. is preferred; English level 6 or above, good English writing and speaking skills.

2、 硕士研究生应具有至少4年，博士研究生应具有至少1年的科学和创新研究工作经验；有完成或参与相关动物和临床试验经验者优先。

4 years for a master's degree holder and 1 year for a Ph.D. degree holder of working experience in scientific and innovative research; experience in completing or participating in relevant animal and clinical trials is preferred.

3、 优秀的跨部门沟通合作能力和多任务组织协调能力

Excellent cross-function team communication skills and multi-task organizational skills within a fast-paced environment.
