岗位职责:
1、负责船员管理系统、船东系统录入及海事局业务申报;
2、协助负责海员上下船(中国籍及外籍)调配安排、证书检查、合同讲解、行程安排、签证申报等,联系各国港口代理,确保船员集结时间准确无误;
3、负责安排及参与航运公司(船东)面试、准备船员研讨会所需文件;
4、对休假船员进行跟踪回访,确保回流率,对问题船员及时报告上级;
5、维护客户(船员、船东);
6、承担领导交付的其他临时工作。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,有海外工作经验或外籍人员优先考虑;
2、英语听、说、读、写优秀;专四、专八,或口语优秀者;
3、较强的抗压能力;
4、较强的接人待物及沟通、协调能力;
5、接受短期出差。

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data entry in the crew management system and shipowner system, Submit the required materials to the relevant departments.
- Responsible for arranging the embarkation of seafarers, including: checking certificates, drafting and explaining contracts, scheduling itineraries, applying for visas, etc., and coordinating with overseas ports to ensure the accuracy of embarkation times.
- Responsible for arranging interviews for shipowners, participating in client events, and preparing necessary documents for major meetings.
- Regularly follow up with crew members on home leave, promptly address and report any issues with crew members.
- Conduct customer maintenance.
- Undertake other temporary tasks assigned by leadership.
Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher required; overseas work experience or foreign nationals preferred.
2.Must have excellent English speaking skills.
3.Strong ability to work under pressure.
4.Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
5.Open to short-term business trips.
