• Work closely with operations and other teams within the project to meet customers’ requirement and solve daily operational issue.
• To keep day-to-day correspondence and communicate between customer ,oversea offices and shipper/consignee. Provides information and documentation to airlines timely.
• Generate documents such as Manifest, HAWB and Freight Invoice etc. according to Working Sheet which CS made. Coordinate with related team for booking space and cargo daily uplift status.
• Check on customs clearance documentation, monitor the clearance status Confirm with booking agent for detailed flight information, such as first flight and second lighted and ETA.
• Procar and Tango System data daily input and maintenance.
• Ensure the accuracy of system transactions and documents creation.
• Offer pre-alert to related oversea parties.
• Track and trace shipments where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customers.
• Liaise with domestic and overseas colleagues and local clients to ensure a smooth air freight shipment handling.
• Provide reports and statistic according to customers’ requirements.
• Handle complaints and claims from customers and to co-ordinate exceptional cases with agents.
• Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.
• At lease 1+ years’ experience with forwarding company, trading company or relevant business industry.
• Well-known the whole operation process.
• Good air freight knowledge and background
• College degree or above.
