职位描述
• Continuously Optimise the working processes to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee the daily operation of work teams to ensure the service quality to our customers.
• Responsible for the P/L of business as well as the cost control.
• Resolve complaints and issues raised by customers and other Schenker offices.
• Lead implementation of business projects by functional, cross-functional, intra-country collaboration.
• Support Key Account managers to maintain customers by regular business review.
• Join Sales to develop business.
• Prioritize and delegate work tasks for work team with focus on customer needs and performance targets.
• Monitor the job performance of work team to ensure high working efficiency as well as the qualified to the customers.
• Create continuous training and development opportunities for work team.
