1. Accountabilities
• Responsible for developing overall project plan, and seeking the proper approval from Management Team and Headquarter.
• As the key contact window, engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand the requirements, translate the requirements into project plan after gain the alignment from both sides.
• Build up the project process and job responsibility, ensure both external and internal stakeholder can work together to achieve project object.
• Monitor the project plan, ensure each project milestone will be achieved on time.
• Review the infrastructure/Power/Decoration design, propose the optimization solution, ensure our requirement can be achieved.
• Coordinate and liaise with landlord and local authorities to ensure all the building facilities are adhere to specifications, local codes, safe practice.
• Be responsible for taking over the new building from landlord, make the short/long term maintenance plan.
• Run operations post go-live for a defined duration when necessary.
2. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics project management
• Solid Project management knowledge
