- To specify the application of steering system layout for CV OEMs (Bus & Truck, special vehicles) based on their specific requirements, with proposal of components such as steering gear, power steering pump, power cylinder, valve blocs and RAS–systems
- 根据汽车厂的特殊需求，确定商用车主机厂（公交车、卡车、特种车）转向系统的应用方案，并提供相关部件的建议，如：转向机、动力转向泵、转向助力缸、阀体以及后桥转向系统
- Performing of tests at customers and Bosch test facilities, bench & vehicle，Support customers locally or on site at vehicle CAN diagnosis, function verification, installation, parameter tuning, etc. Provide system solutions
- 在客户以及博世测试设备、台架和车辆上进行测试工作, 在本地或客户现场支持车辆CAN诊断，功能验证，安装，参数调校等; 收集客户开发车辆数据，反馈系统表现并提供解决方案
- To build-up and maintain good relationship with CV OEMs all over China, presentation of technique and product promotion, technical support training together with sales responsible to ensure the OEM’s satisfaction
- 在全国范围内与商用车主机厂建立和保持沟通关系，与负责销售同事一起完成技术介绍和产品推厂，以及技术支持和培训，确保满足客户要求
- Market observation and analysis on OEM requirements, competitive technologies and legislation requirements
- 对客户需求，市场竞争技术和法规要求的观察和分析
- Be responsible for following the defined PEP process to ensure project objectives (cost, time, quality) in projects. For instance, ensure target of EBIT, QG milestone,etc
- 按照产品开发流程开展项目管理工作，确保项目在预算范围内，按时、保质交付，如达成EBIT指标、节点指标等
- Lead planning and implementation into the project. Review and track the status with team on a regular basis. Make QG review and status report to steering committee
- 规划并推进项目，定期与项目成员评估及跟踪项目状态, 向各级审批委员会汇报项目及节点审批

Qualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求
· Education学历
- Bachelor Degree in automotive or mechanical or electronic engineering
- 学士学位，汽车/机械工程\电子工程相关专业

· Experience工作经验
- Min. 2-3 years of working experience in system layout with technical background in automotive industry, steering gear or steering system preferred
- 最少2-3年在汽车行业系统配置的技术工作经验，转向机或转向系统优先
- Good knowledge in vehicle measurement systems
- 熟悉汽车检测系统
- Familiar with CAN, CAN FD, J1939, UDS, ASPICE, Product security, ISO26262,TS16949 preferred
- 熟悉CAN, CAN FD, J1939, UDS, ASPICE, 产品安全， ISO26262，TS16949等标准、协议或质量管理体系者优先
- Good knowledge of the overall process of new product development/manufacturing
- 了解产品开发及制造过程

· Skills 技能
- Excellent communication skill on both internal and external
- 具有良好的对内、对外沟通能力
- Basic communication skills in English
- 基本的英语交流技能
- Excellent computer skills in MS office incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- 良好的技算机及办公软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 应用能力
