- Lead all technical functions for both wovens and cut
& sew knit categories (initiation of TP and all updates thereafter,
internal & external fit sessions)

- Responsible for all fit, construction
and technical related efforts from development to production (required to work
alongside PDM team to translate TP to hit design intent)

- Work closely with customers to
troubleshoot on fit and provide solutions on any technical issues with
capability to illustrate and/or identify any fit issues.

- Work closely with Merchandising teams to align on
customer's required TNAs on fit execution and cost engineering needs.

- Work closely with factories on clear communication
and alignment on customer's fit expectation and requirements.

-Guide factories to execute samples correctly to speed up the fit approval
process.
- Any other tasks/projects as assigned.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

-Higher Diploma or above in textile and clothing.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in same role and at least 3 years in same role
in sourcing industry.
- Knowledge in the field of computer pattern making and grading system, such as(Optitex CLO3D, Browzwear, Gerber, Lectra) is an advantage.
- Technical knowledge of garment manufacturing, construction, fit and paper
pattern checking (outerwear or light weight jacket experience preferable).
- Able to communicate direct to oversea tech buyer regarding fit approval and
comments.
- Need factory experience support who can explain and instruct factory
implement corrections and improvement base on buyer fit comments, also actual
production application.
- Working experience in factory sample room most preferable.
- Able to communicate with foreign customer directly.
- Good command of English (verbal & written).
