We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Work as a senior relationship manager for high profile Public Sector clients including sovereigns, quasi-sovereigns, policy institutions, and supranationals;
As a senior coverage banker, be responsible for developing and growing revenues, increasing market share, improving profitability and capturing strategic opportunities for long-term relationships with Public Sector clients;
Establish a holistic understanding of clients’ needs and make informed decisions in structuring and delivering innovative high value solutions to the clients; be clients’ preferred financial partner and trusted advisor;
Drive deal origination by offering cost efficient products and services that best meet the business needs of the clients; expand wallet share with clients especially in event type of business;
Build relationships with internal / external stakeholders, maintaining visibility and exposure to regional and global teams;
Maintain a high level of credit quality and financial crime risk management in the client portfolio and mitigate the hidden risks of the evolving Global Banking products.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
University degree with 7~10 years of relevant working experience;
Good knowledge of the Public Sector clients and the market / industry in which they operate;
Team player and capable of working with colleagues of different personality;
Sense of initiative and self-motivation;
Proven track record of the ability to drive business development independently;
Mature portfolio management skills and good knowledge of transaction banking and investment banking products;
Good understanding of credit and financial crime risk management and risk mitigation; and
Good command of problem solving, (verbal and written) presentation and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
