Position Summary:
1、Identify opportunities and develop strategy to protect Emerging Customers in China, with a focus on mass health and other relevant retail/Group propositions.
2、Closely work and get support from the AXA EC global team to localize global EC strategy.
3、Provide timely business guidance and support to branches and coordinate with product, underwriting, operations, claims, finance and marketing teams to ensure that the partnership strategies and propositions are quickly implemented.
4、Develop new distribution partnerships, especially with organizations that have established trust of large numbers of low-income to mass market consumers.
5、Other supporting/administration jobs as required.
Recruitment requirements:
1、Insurance or actuarial science degree preferred;
2、8 years insurance industry experience, inclusive insurance experience preferred;
3、English as working language, familiar with Excel & Powerpoint;
4、Good communication skills and adaptability, and sense of responsibility.
