岗位职责：
1. 再保险合约结构分析；
2. 协助各事业部了解其保险风险敞口，并确定符合其风险要求的最佳再保险安排；
3. 与其他保司以及经纪人沟通，了解再保市场动态，顺应市场发展应对再保市场的变化；
4. 拟定再保合约条件，与对方商讨合约内容，完成内部以及集团规定的合约审批流程；
5. 根据集团要求，按时准确提交各类数据；
6. 其他再保相关工作。

招聘要求：
1. 较强的分析和解决问题的能力；
2. 5年以上再保相关工作经验；
3. 熟练运用office办公软件，具有使用统计和SAS软件进行数据处理的经验者优先；
4. 良好的沟通与表达能力、较强的求知欲和学习能力；
5. 良好的团队协作能力、责任心强、能承受一定工作压力；
6. 较为熟练的中英文表达和书写能力。

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analysis of the reinsurance structure;
2. Assist each business unit in understanding their insurance risk exposure and determining the best reinsurance arrangement that meets their risk requirements;
3. Communicate with other insurance companies and brokers to understand the dynamics of the reinsurance market and quick respond to market changes;
4. Draft reinsurance terms and negotiated with other parties, and complete internal and group approval processes;
5. According to the group's requirements, timely and accurate submission of various data;
6. Other reinsurance related work.

Recruitment Requirements:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
2. 5 years of experience in reinsurance related work;
3. Proficient in using office software, with experience in using statistical and SAS software for data processing is preferred;
4. Good communication and expression skills, strong thirst for knowledge and learning ability;
5. Good team collaboration ability, strong sense of responsibility, and able to withstand certain work pressure;
6. Proficient in both Chinese and English expression and writing skills.
