We are looking for a Process Engineer for Suspension Product Line for our Division Chassis Solutions at our location of Shanghai.

Your tasks:

• Plan and implement and improve the assembly and manufacturing system and its processes according to ZF standards and policies as well as customer requirements.
• Plan and implement new assembly lines and back-up processes with regards to required equipment, tooling & spare parts. Perform Assembly line, Torque & Press tool parameterize. Establish work plan, line layout, technical machine specification, back-up plans.
• Perform Assembly line, Torque & Press tool parameterization.
• Take leadership during project installation phases.
• Take responsibility of supplier monitoring.
• Best practice share, develop improvements and innovations approaches.

Your profile:

• Working experience: Min. 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing and assembly operations. Experienced in project management. Torque & Press tool parameterization capabilities. Profound analytical and problem-solving skills. Capability to understand technical processes and parameterize them.
• Good Mechanical & Electrical technical skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related.
• Prefer to be fluent in Oral and writing English.
