In the fast-changing and more complex market, the advanced pipeline steering and management play a decisive role for the overall sales success in the market place. The role involves dealer target achievement evaluation, data-driven analytics and forecast by national, regional and dealer on model/engine/variant level; set up of steering mechanism and reporting including inventory, order taken & delivery; follow up sales project and special case.
What awaits you?
- Pipeline Steering (national/regional/dealer/model/engine level) to better steer sales risk, opportunity & improve flexibility.
- Provide dealer volume target achievement evaluation for reimbursement, OA reward of purely volume policy. (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly depend on policy).
- Coordinate memo circle for special support to target-failed dealers based on their actual situation.
- Coordinate sales internal process streamlining and optimization.
- Develop and maintain reporting system / new initiatives to meet central/region business needs regarding pipeline steering.
- Pipeline Optimization Circle, leveraging the platform to strengthen mutual communications with regions in terms of sales steering, and closely monitor action plans.
- Other tasks assigned by line managers.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor (or above) ,graduated major in Business, Finance, Statistics.
- Target-oriented with visionary view.
- Advanced computer skill, especially Microsoft Excel & PBI.
- Good sense of numeric work and good analytical skills.
- Good communication skill and problem solving skill.
- Strong initiatives and self motivation.
- Proficient English, both oral and written.
- Over 4-6 years experiences in data analysis, dealer target evaluation and related experience sales system support, reporting in multinational companies.
