• Take full responsibility for Sales and Purchasing price analysis and control, work closely with China HQ functions (Sales, Purchase, Marketing, etc.) as a reliable business partner.
• Support project quotation, actively participate in the initiation, evaluation and execution of business projects to ensure that the projects are financially viable and profitable.
• Lead standard cost revaluation for China plants and provide gross margin analysis with business insights.
• Provide profitability analysis and drive business performance.
• Support WAVE projects, make a proper finance assessment and support project implementation.
• Prepare monthly closing and review deck, capture business dynamics and alert R&O
• Play a key role in annual operation planning (AOP), lead revenue and cost budgeting, consolidate plants’ strategic plan to China view.
• Identify improvement areas and implement continuous improvement in both system and process within MRS China finance function.
• Other ad-hoc project.
• At least 5 years working experience in reputable MNCs, FP&A or controlling team, 2 years working experience for commercial or cost BP.
• Strong logic and analytical thinking; be sensitive to numbers, ability to read business trend through financials.
• Self-motivated, independent, performance driven, work both hard and smart.
• Excellent intercultural communication skill.
• High proficiency in MS Excel; user experience in SAP and Hyperion system is preferred.
• CPA, ACCA qualification is highly preferred
